Bermuda Sands Exchange & Return Guidelines
At Bermuda Sands Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We’ve created this return process to make your experience as easy as possible.
Exchange or Return items cannot be washed, worn, or altered. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers or green grass stores. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from your order date if accompanied by the original tags and packing slip you received. After going through the return process, you will be credited the appropriate amount upon processing the returned item(s) based on the original payment method.
FINAL SALE
Please note any items marked “Final Sale ” cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to accept “Final Sale” items for return or exchange. Final Sale items are noted within the product details on a product page, in your cart, and also at checkout.
Final Sale items will not be eligible for return labels in our returns portal.
